I don’t know how you call this Medical cap or hair net but I can say this is a good set of hair net and if you have a business you will find this great. the quality of the net is good and perfect for people with long hair. is a 24 inch net that will hold long hair with no problem. the net it self looks thin but they are strong, in my case I remove it In my break or when I go to the bathroom and they don’t break easily
