Just screw the pole into the base and get the family together for feats of strength and airing of grievances this Festivus! Although a Festivus pole is traditionally aluminum, I find the very high strength to weight ratio of this pole to be more than adequate. I chose not to install the clamps as I find tinsel distracting.

These are not of the pharmaceutical or professional laboratory quality but they are perfect for middle school demonstrations. My only negative, which is minor, is the cork on the test tube holder. I would prefer high temp rubber but that not enough to give it one less star. Overall, Iām very happy with it and I was a pharmaceutical laboratory chemist.
