I had never had to use these type of things before but a family member was ill and we needed to use as a precaution and I was impressed at the size and quality of these, and they worked well and did not bunch up under the top sheet!!! I had seen similar items as this but in a smaller size, but only advice I have is to get the bigger ones!!!
