References to \u201cthe Company\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, or \u201cour\u201d refer to Duassnet Medical, a Bemaris company.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h3>2. Inspection on Delivery<\/h3>\n<p>All goods must be inspected at the time of delivery. Signing a delivery note without noting any issues constitutes acceptance of the goods as received in satisfactory condition.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h3>3.
