My elderly mother and test subject said this cuff is comfortable. She has complained in the past about other cuffs being uncomfortable.

This works well for me. I’m not a medical professional but using this at home and it seems to render an accurate reading. I can’t imagine using a large cuff with my wimpy little arms as I have to pull small size pretty tight. I recommend for a someone on the smaller side who needs to check blood pressure at home.

The smaller cuff works well for my smaller arms. Much more accurate readings.

The Good:
* This comes with a total of 8 different sized adaptors (7+1 already attached) to fit a wide range of machines.
* Very accurate and consistent, which is extremely important
* Easy enough to swap the connectors, without being too easy and leaking air
* Well constructed
* Having used a lot of these, I would consider it medical grade, although some might not think so (understandable) because it’s designed for an automatic, home blood pressure machine
* Reasonably priced for the quality ($11.99 at time of review). For anything like this, I don’t want the cheapest version out there, I need something that is going to work, be accurate, and last.
The Meh:
* Absolutely nothing at all

This Duassnet Blood Pressure Cuff fit on my blood pressure monitor using one of the adapters that came with this small cuff. The instructions that were supplied with the BP Monitor warned against using a replacement cuff, but this cuff functioned fine. Being smaller than the cuff that came with the monitor, this was easier to properly position, although it was still a bit difficult.

This cuff allows accurate blood pressure reading, provided you can get it positioned correctly and your sphygmomanometer accepts one of the many included connectors. There seems to be very little room for error when placing it on one’s arm. The fit seemed a bit insecure on a brand blood pressure monitor with the best-fitting connector, so there may have been some slight air leakage as well. I will ask friends to try it on their monitors to see if their results are any different, and I will update this review if the results change.
