These nasal prongs are much softer than what they give you in the hospital. And they work great to combine with a sleep mask, also purchased on Amazon for about $4 each. You can just take a couple stitches around the tubing and then remove that when you’re ready to change cannulas, which doesn’t seem to be that often if you clean them with alcohol once a week. I added some double-sided Velcro on the black elastic band make sure that the tubing stays off my face, so I don’t wake up with those marks, which seem to last for hours. Very comfortable, and it keeps the oxygen tubing in place. Because there’s an elastic band around your head, you don’t have to put the tubing under your chin and it stays at the top of the bed out of your way.
