Appears to be good quality have been using it for a few months now. All the leds are still functioning properly and I believe it’s been helping with inflammation. Great quality for the price point.

Great red light mat, it helps with inflammation and tension in my back.
I like that this is just a mat and not a sleeping bag like some of the others cuz this obviously gets hot if you use it for a prolonged period and I personally sweat a bit. And thankfully this is super easy to clean by just wiping so that isn’t a problem.
Sometimes I’ll use my acupuncture mat right after this, my back feels great afterwards.
Highly recommend for those with tight muscles

I have used infrared light therapy for years now after a foot issue. I now use it for all of my ailments with the most recent being restless leg syndrome. I now have a set by my bedside in case it flares up when I go to bed. Also, if you have foot pain, these lights work wonders. The infrared light penetrates through the skin to reduce inflammation and get the blood flowing in the area. Highly recommend these lights because the size is perfect. Some are too big and bulky but these can be placed on knee, foot and shoulder. Easy to travel with as well.
