From putting together so many I noticed I needed to be careful in loading the batteries (if using) because the fit of the cover for the battery compartment is very snug. And that sometimes I would think I had reloaded the sanitizer container correctly, but it was not pushed far back enough. good item inn general

I filled all ours with gel sanitizer and my initial test squirts have come out really clean. I have noticed sometimes they are coming out in a messy angled spray, but I think that is from the gel drying over the spout tip since they are used to infrequently with mininal traffic through our building right now.
