Works absolute wonders on sick babies! Purchased after leaving the hospital with a two month old with RSV. Works so much better than the handheld electric nose aspirator. Sound is minimal, suction is phenomenal, easy to use and set up, love that it plugs in instead of batteries. The only thing I would change is there needs to be a spot to hang the tubing up when finished so the snot doesn’t drain back out! I would highly recommend this to anyone and even told the emergency room doctor all about it on our next trip! Best purchase I have made for baby ever!

We have used so many of these over the past few years, and this one is the best for multiple reasons.
1. The suction is good and can be temporarily increased by pinching the tube then releasing. I’ve not needed to do this with my 8 month old, but it is an option.
2. You can use this with a saline irrigation. When my baby went into the hospital for RSV/Bronchiolitis they utilized a small amount of saline rinse to irrigate one nostril while sucking the other. This is the only machine I’ve owned that allows a similar procedure without destroying the machine. As you may be able to see in my video, any liquid sucked up (read saline or congestion) gets transported to the chamber and does not end up in the suction portion of the machine itself.
3. It’s plugin so you don’t have to worry about the battery not working. Mostly a neutral thing as this makes it less portable.
4. It’s easy to clean and boil. The system can be completely disassembled and all parts can be boiled to sterilize them. I’ve done this multiple times over our time with this snot sucker.
5. You can suck up distilled water to clear the the tube of any congestion or debris. It’s a simple temporary cleaning solution until you do a deep clean.
So, we have tried a Nose Frida (yuck on mouth suction), a generic handheld snot sucker (terrible suction power), a generic battery powered snot sucker (worked great with light use for a few months but lost suction quickly), and a Dr Nozebot (best of all of them but cannot be used with liquid saline rinse). Between all of those I highly recommend this or the Dr Nozebot.

Our 3 week old got admitted to the hospital with some sort of virus and their snot sucker was amazing at flushing out with saline. We searched everywhere for similar design and so glad we found this. It works just as well as the hospital machine, baby was able to breathe clearly.

My baby had RSV at 9 weeks old and I was so worried to leave the hospital and not have something strong enough to suction out the mucus. This is exactly what we needed to feel confident at home and take care of the final healing days she needed. Side note, nothing will be as good as what they use at the hospital BUT this is decently close. At first the suction doesn’t seem as strong but remember to use the finger plug and it triples the overall suction without hurting your babies nose. Hope this helps others! Worth the investment.

The Baby Smile Electric Nose Sucker is a game-changer for parents dealing with stubborn nasal congestion in their little ones. This device effectively clears out even the most stubborn mucus with minimal effort, making it a must-have for any baby care kit. The suction power is impressive, yet it remains gentle enough not to irritate your baby’s sensitive nose.
It also comes with an extra tip, ensuring hygiene and allowing you to always have a clean, fresh one on hand. Overall, the Baby Smile Electric Nose Sucker is a fantastic solution for keeping your baby comfortable and congestion-free, without the stress and struggle of manual suction.
