We had purchased several of these and I had no issues until I realized that nothing was dispensing from the final one I assembled. I contacted the through their website directly and got a response very quickly. They sent me a replacement motor free of charge. I was worried that it would be hard to switch out the part, but like the initial assembly process, it was really easy to switch out the needed part!
