Well made and easy to follow instructions. Be sure you have room in your freezer. I got this for a particular chemo treatment that can cause neuropathy in the fingers and toes and my doctor recommended gloves and socks or to put my fingers in glasses of ice water. I brought my own cooler and my husband helped swap out the socks and gloves quickly when the freezer packs were no longer cold because I wore them for the entire 3 hour treatment. When they were cold, they were VERY COLD and I sometimes had to pull them off my hands, but at the end of the 4 treatments, I am happy to say I don’t have any neuropathy to speak of. At the end of my treatments, I donated them to my local breast cancer store’s bank.

Good quality- perfect for chemo – the gel packets dont stay cold for long – so you’ll need to carry an ice box with you to your chemo app as well. You cant walk on them and they are difficult to take on and off.
