As a first responder – this is one of the single most important life saving devices you can carry. Local police lore tells of officer shootings where having this in their pocket saved several officers lives – and while I hope I never need mine, its nice to have it just in case. I used to have the mentality that if I ever needed a tourniquet I could make due with makeshift materials – and then I tried to train on doing that to myself one-handed… Trust me, you need this.
