I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist and I have been a cupping specialist for 11 years. This is a great durable set with various sizes for use in different areas. Nice suction, complete set is all you need.

Great cups–study, thick, solid, and love the grips on them. None were broken in my set. I would guess the person delivering has a lot to do with that. The tweezers are a little cheap–no need for them; and the cotton ball wand is chintzy. I bought a reusable fire cupping torch–but also some hemostats, which I can just use with thick, real cotton balls. The alcohol “stove” (lamp) is great for if/when you lose your flame. They give you a couple needles for wet cupping (AKA bloodletting, IMO, which MTs are not trained to do), so I just tossed those.
