I like dirt tape. Even though there are other companies that make pain relief tape, but dirt tape product seem to stick better and hold longer to the skin on where you are experiencing pain. I recommend it to everyone if you are experiencing muscle and joint pain.

I injured my ribs and thought I’d give this a try after reading some reviews. I am apparently sensitive to the adhesive cause I itch after half a day ware. Overall it was helpful since I went back to work 5 days after I fell on a bolder rock. My injury was on the left side and so I stretched it to my back side of the pain. I also had to change the way I picked packages up and how I laid. Is worth the try. I couldn’t get more than 1/2 day use since I have sensitive skin. I use it on my upper arm and stretch it towards my neck and I also use it on my lower back and my knee. Not always at the same time but I have at lease once. It has helped.

Worked great! Stayed on all day without the edges peeling. I have very sensitive skin and this did not cause any irritation.
I use it for plantar fasciitis and take it off at night. Great value. Highly recommend.

The *Keep Kinesiology Tape* is a fantastic product for athletes or anyone in need of support during physical activities. This premium cotton elastic tape is both latex-free and hypoallergenic, making it a safe and comfortable option for people with sensitive skin. The uncut 2-roll pack (each 2 inches x 16 feet) provides great value, ensuring you have plenty of tape for multiple uses.
I was particularly impressed with how easy it is to apply and how well it stays in place during intense workouts or sports activities. The tape is flexible and stretches with your body, offering targeted support without restricting movement. The beige color is neutral and blends well with skin tones, making it discreet under clothing.
What stands out the most is the quality—this tape sticks well, doesn’t irritate the skin, and holds up even during sweaty or wet conditions. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or need extra support for muscles and joints, the *Kinesiology Tape* is an excellent choice. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for reliable, comfortable kinesiology tape!

I needed this for my tennis elbow as instructed by my physio. I was hoping it would be the same quality as the ones he uses and it’s pretty close. However, the adhesive sticks a little too well in my opinion hence the 4 stars instead of 5. It’s like a large bandaid and it hurt peeling it off dryskin the first time. I now remove it when taking a shower to make it hurt less. I like the fact it’s almost the same color as my skin so it doesn’t look too obvious. The price is pretty good too and I got two rolls.

This stuff works great! My wife uses it to ease her back pain. She stretches it about 50% and keeps it on for 3-4 days. It stays on through showers and sweaty workouts.

Much better than 3M Micropore or similar products for mouth taping. The stretch properties allow this tape to follow the curvature of my mouth and chin when I apply it. It cuts easily with scissors, the 1.5″ width is perfect, and the permeability (low) and adhesive qualities (excellent) make for a tight seal that holds the entire night. Now I can use a nasal cushion with my CPAP instead of a full face mask and can sleep the full night without being awakened by the sounds of a dislodged mask.
Removing the tape is not difficult at all if oil or a bandage adhesive remover is applied a minute beforehand. I think this tape is well worth the price differential.
