I never had to qirry about my hips and legs all my life as a side sleeper because I somewhat slept twisted. Recently though my hips got so painful and sore all day and night I couldn’t stay on my right hip for more than 30 minutes at a time. Muscle stimulation electrodes helped temporarily, but after buying this pillow my hip pain was gone. No more stretching those tendons, ligaments and muscles all night causing them to become inflamed. Occasionally I still struggle to get comfortable with the new position, but I’ve always been a tossed before I settle. I like the strap to keep it with your leg as you flip flop. It’s size means those that are hot at night don’t have all this pillow covering the bottom leg causing sweating. Absolutely love this pillow. Only removed one star due to my personal issues thar I’m sure not everyone would suffer with including getting it just right between the legs, getting lower legs comfortable below pillow, and occasional thigh sweating. I’m overweight and wear Capri bottom pajamas. All my issues are likeely from my size and body shape.

Great pillow for back or hip. It is made well and ergonomic for body. At first I wasn’t sure but after a couple of uses really liked it. It has made a difference for my spine, knee and sciatica pain.
