I’ve had mine for about 10 months now. This is my third massage gun, as one was a cheap Chinese knockoff that died in six months and I got no response from the company for, the other started having issues right after the warranty period ended. I got this one because it is supposed to tolerate much more pressure (you can push harder without burning out the battery) which I seem to need because I go hard with this. It also has a lifetime warranty, so I figured if I’m going to try another was worth trying one that supposedly stood by its products. Mostly this is similar to other guns, but my family quickly noticed this was much quieter than the others we’ve used, and is smoother in its pulsing so just works easier. In short, I noticed the step up in quality that came with the price. Recently, the power adapter broke and started sparking inside and wouldn’t charge. I reached out to costumer service and got a response (apologizing for the slow response due to volume) within two days, and after a few email exchanges was sent another one without any hassle. The charger even had a small skittles bag sent with it, I assume as a little “sorry for the inconvenience.” So, I honestly expected a run around or to jump through hoops to get this fixed, possibly even that the gun was warrantied but not the charger, but they stood behind their product. I will buy from them again because of it, and definitely think that piece of mind is worth the extra cost (although, honestly, this gun was not that much more expensive than knockoffs).
