You can build the chair easily without the instructions, it’s that simple; no tools required. I would suggest wheels first, not second as given in the instructions. Takes a bit of strength to insert and set the wheels into the base.
Sitting on the chair is comfy, and the adjustable height is great. I like it at the highest setting.
