These non-woven textile rectangles are perfect for covering a surface to keep things hygienic for bare skin; that could be sauna benches, doctors’ exam tables, vet scales, tattoo and massage tables, etc. They do cling somewhat to wet or oily skin, just like the protectors at a doctor’s office, but better that the disposable sheet sticks to your skin than the skin sticking against the table cushion material. They absorb a decent amount of liquid splatter but if you’re expecting tattoo ink or massage oil to spill, you may want some kind of impermeable plastic layer under these–but these will protect the human skin from direct contact with that waterproof layer. Very easy to use these precut sheets.

These of course don’t feel anything like what typical reusable bed sheets feel like. The material is still soft enough. It is sort of see through, as shown in some of the product photos, which makes it more breathable though.
These would be alright for the intended purpose of covering a spa or massage table. However, there is no information saying that they are recyclable, which is a downside.
The plastic hazard warning on back of the baggie they come in has a funny mistake stating “The thin film may cling to nose and mouse and prevent breathing.”

I chose these disposable sheets to cover the chairs and tables at the tattoo studio. They are perfect for single use applications and keep the surfaces protected from ink spills and bodily fluids. Any extra layers of protection for keeping the environment sterile and safe are most appreciated. These sheets are great to keep in supply and I will continue to use them.
