I use thest to make finger splints. The stick side is turned out and then reversed overlaped with the stick side to the inside. This allows the splint to be removed for hand washing and the splint is small enough to be used with gloves. Sure beats he clunky aluminum and sponge splints.

Kinesiology Tape I very functional. I wrap my wrist when playing pickle ball. This gives me added strength and eliminates the pain I have when not using it. It peels well. It does not have a scent.
