Our waiting room furniture includes a one year manufacturers warranty as standard.
Upholstery
Upholstery comes in your choice of 14 standard colours. All of the upholstery is durable and comfortable vinyl which inhibits MRSA (3352 Methicillin resistant to Staphylococcus Aurous). Bio-Pruf treated to resist the growth of mould, mildew and odour causing microbes. The Vinyl is also fire retardant. Most couches are also available with the option of 750mm extra wide upholstery, which offers improved general comfort and access, especially when treating larger patients.

I bought these chairs because I have big tall clients coming over on a frequent basis. Both have sciatica and weigh over 350 lbs. They said it’s the best chair they’ve ever had. It’s very sturdy. The seat is the right height and not too soft (which is great for big and tall people). Assembly was a breeze. If you’re thinking about purchasing one, do it!

I have bought several chairs on the high and low end price range from normal weight to big and tall for a person of normal weight. All of the chairs I bought seemed to be relatively good quality and some better than others all broke or became relatively uncomfortable, chipped, Etc. over a short period of time. This chair hands down is the most comfortable chair and most sturdy chair I bought . The price was good for chairs, I paid more for other chairs thinking it would last longer just to feel cheated later.

Regarding assembly: I have bought two of these. The first took longer than expected to put together considering there are only 26 bolts. The second went together in a few minutes. Some tips:
1. Do not tighten the bolts until the end. Some of the holes you put the bolts through are actually ovals that let you adjust the chair to line up the other holes – as long as the bolts are not tight.
2. Have an awl or small flathead screwdriver handy that you can use to line up the holes.
3, There is padding over some of the holes which mean you might have to push more than expected for the bolts to catch.
