I just ordered this chair for my 88 yr old mom. I was very skeptical before it came but once I put it together(which was not difficult if you follow the instructions) I quickly realized how amazing the chair is. The chair swivels and slides with ease. It can be lowered to accommodate shorter individuals.

I’ve only had this fantastic device for a couple of weeks. What I have learned is that it is very easy to use. It instills a degree of confidence that even though you may be temporarily handicapped you can still have a degree of independence that is awesome.

This device is a well thought out, completely sturdy, method of getting in and out of a shower that is also a bathtub. Because the seat swivels, transferring to the seat is made exceptionally easy. As you approach the seat it is facing out of the bathtub allowing you to transfer as if it were a normal chair. The makeup of this transfer chair is exceptionally sturdy and reliable for your use.

Family member had hip surgery. This makes getting into the shower/tub much easier and safer. Thought we were going to have to remodel and get a walk in tub. The chair is very sturdy, chair turns easily, and glides smoothly.
