Compression Band: The tourniquet also has a true 1 ½” tourniquet strap, providing a wider compression pattern than most standard tourniquets, or tourniquets with a 1” constricting band moving through a 1 ½” sleeve.

Although only personally used in a practice scenario. Recertified / qualified in first aid recently (UK Qualification) and decided to upgrade my tournequet skills and equipment. If direct pressure does not work this is the next step. Added an all surface, waterproof pen to kit bag as well for recording time on the tag. I would recommend for any potential first responder or outdoor enthusiast.
