My customer service issues were minor, but they are specific pet peeves of mine. The forks don’t come with printed instructions; you have to scan a QR code. My phone absolutely refused to scan the code. I emailed customer service, and it took them about 2days to respond.

Overall, if you’re a newbie who wants to just see how tuning forks feel, this is a good set.

I was very stressed going into testing them out, and by the end, was remarkably calm (and I am a very nervous person who typically has trouble calming down). Something about focusing on using the tools and listening to them and feeling the vibrations just really worked for me.
