Read all of the previous reviews and decided to give this a try for an inflamed hip after a fall. X-rays showed no broken bones or fractures, but I was super sore afterwards. This helped me deal with the pain and stiffness. Helped me be able to sleep some at night. (You can’t heal if you can’t sleep!) I loaned some to my neighbor who had back issues, and it helped him too. For best results rub in good and let it air dry before putting clothes back on so the material doesn’t soak up the product. Wash hands when done. Worked better than Biofreeze for about the same price and had more product! I just put some in a trial sized bottle to keep in my purse, and used make up wipe cotton circles to apply. Yes, it says for horses, but think about it, they have bigger muscles groups and reaching those would require a product to go deep. That is just what this seems to do for us tiny humans. It goes deep into your muscles to provide relief. Great to have on hand for when you need it as well.
